This was my second attempt at visiting this salon, and unfortunately, it was another disappointment.
I booked my appointment online for 2:15–3:15 and received a confirmation code. That means the system recognized my booking, and so did the salon. When I arrived on time, I was told that “the system was never updated” — which is simply not true. Instead, they gave my spot to another client.
To make things worse, they tried to offer me a hair treatment instead of honoring my nail appointment. That
