As someone new to Thessaloniki, I spent quite a bit of time looking for the right place to have my pedicures done. During my daily walks with my dog, Henry, I would often pass by Nails by Elli and was immediately drawn to the boutique. It has an intimate feel, a beautiful upscale appearance, and always looks exceptionally clean. One thing that stood out to me was that I frequently saw members of the team cleaning and maintaining the space. The staff are always smiling, which speaks volumes about a workplace where employees are valued and respected.
A few weeks ago, I finally booked a pedicure, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The nail work was meticulous, the heel treatment was thorough, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the service. The team was welcoming, polite, and genuinely focused on personalized customer care.
What impressed me even more was what happened afterward. A few days later, while walking Henry, I stopped in to say hello and was greeted with the same warmth and kindness. It was a lovely human interaction that genuinely brightened my day.

Καταπληκτική δουλειά!
Το περιβάλλον ήταν καλό και τα κορίτσια ήταν ευγενικά, αλλά όσον αφορά την ποιότητα, στον ήλιο παρατήρησα ότι τα νύχια ήταν πολύ ακανόνιστα και ένα από τα νύχια είχε παγιδεύσει πολύ αέρα μέσα λίγες ώρες μετά.
