I had a disappointing lash tinting experience here. The service felt unfriendly from the moment I walked in. I was barely greeted and the staff mostly talked among themselves, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. The tint also turned out much darker than what we had agreed on. On top of that, the brows weren’t tinted evenly. The setup wasn’t great either. The chairs were very low with a metal edge, and I ended up hitting my foot on it, leaving me with a bruise for three days.
