I had a bad experience last time, maybe because the girl is new and she hasn't much work experience. I suffered a lot during the hair removal because the wax machine wasn't hot and my hairs were sticking together. Plus on my shoulder there are still some unpulled hair residues. I'm sorry to write these things and I hope to receive a better service next time, as in the past.
