Very disappointed with my experience. The technician filed the same area three times despite me pulling away, eventually breaking my skin. Removing the product was also extremely hot and painful, but nothing was done despite my reaction. After only 4 days, my acrygel cracked and then completely fell off. I asked for shorter nails, but my request was ignored, even when I suggested changing the design. The appointment also took way too long for a refill. Quality of service didn’t justify the cost
