The experience in Lounge77 was greeeat! From the moment I arrived, everyone was really kind and helpful. They offered a hot beverage while waiting for my appointment. The space was clean and has a nice vibe.
Mary was very thorough and patiently listened to exactly what I wanted and walked me through what we would do. I appreciated greatly that she cared I had the hair I wanted and synced with me along the haircut, to make sure that was what I wanted.
