I had an appointment at 11 am, unfortunately I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I was not even offered water despite the high temperature outside. Unfortunately, the woman performing the procedure did not speak English, so if you are a foreigner you may have trouble communicating here. Besides, the place is neat and clean.
