Nina is very professional, she does a great job (my case was very difficult), she is patient, pays great attention to detail, precise and very polite. The overall service is excellent, appointments are precise, systems organized, e-payments work fine, the environment is nice and warm, and all staff very polite. Overall very satisfied, a real value for money.
