fyi i never write reviews but worth noting that No apologies whatsoever for a faulty manicure. I came back to redo one nail that had completely chipped off within a week of semi perm manicure, I showed them that the rest of the fingers had cracks and change of the color and no sorry or offering of reimbursement! Good thing they did not make me
pay for the one nail!
Sometimes what distinguishes a good service from a great one is being apologetic and offering to correct your mistakes, because of-course they can happen! But its ok, in any case wont be coming back for a 30€ manicure that does not even last a week (fyi chipped on the 3rd day and I do office work)! so would recommend another place else for someone looking for quality and an environment that strives to be better!
