I am an international student at Ionian University and booked this appointment in English two days prior, showing a photo of the design I wanted. She confirmed she could do it. When I arrived, she seemed upset that I do not speak Greek. During the service she rushed, avoided eye contact, and handled my nails aggressively. The result was poor. When I politely asked about a discount, she refused payment and told me to leave.
