The salon's atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are friendly. I chose a straight blow dry for my long hair, but the ends weren't completely straightened. More care could have been taken to ensure they were smoothed properly to avoid frizz. Unfortunately, when I mentioned this, it wasn't acknowledged, and I felt my feedback wasn't fully heard. While the salon has positive aspects, improving attention to detail in hair styling would enhance the overall experience.

I went here in the hope of getting a curly haircut. I was not happy with the services I received. There was some miscommunication between me and the stylist who cut the front of my hair too short. They cut hair when it’s wet instead of dry which doesn’t respect or preserve the integrity of textured hair. They cut of my curls off and then styled it in a weird way. Overall I cried afterwards and felt like I will wait a long time to feel good again about my hair
