Booked for a haircut on my vacation because salon had good reviews.
When I came in on scheduled time, the hairdresser was not there yet so I waited quite a while. I explained I wanted to trim my split ends, and face framing layers in the front. That’s it. The hairdresser pushed for layers in the back, to which I said I don’t want much layers. She constantly pushed for extra things like styling, without mentioning extra costs. Now my hair is way too thinned out and messy layers in the back.
