The lymphatic massage was a bit of a disappointment, I didn't feel the experience quite matched the description. The back massage was okay, but I didnt feel very relaxed. Organisation of the whole experience could have been better and I would have felt more comfortable with a female therapist, but I wasn't told ahead of time who my treatment would be with so I was not given the option to express my preference. Overall there's plenty of room for improvement, both in the therapies offered and the experience as a whole.
