There was 20 minutes delay for the beginning of my treatment.
What had as a consequence to have the treatment reduced in duration, by 20 minutes.
When I asked to reschedule my treatment so that I could have the full treatment,the next available was after 3 weeks.
No excuse, no refund, no complimentary service has been suggested by the administration of the spa.
Not respecting the hours of the scheduled appointments,is a huge inconvenient, because people who have strict everyday schedules, do not have the luxury to waste their time waiting for reasons outside of their responsibility.
