Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία. Είχα προπληρώσει ραντεβού μέσω Treatwell σχεδόν 2 εβδομάδες πριν, όπου αναγραφόταν ότι η Μαρίνα θα έκανε την αφαίρεση των lash extensions. Η κοπέλα στο κατάστημα ήταν από την αρχή εξαιρετικά αγενής. Όταν ρώτησα τι γίνεται με το ραντεβού, μου έδωσε τηλέφωνο τη Μαρίνα, η οποία μου είπε ότι δεν υπήρχε τεχνήτρια, ενώ η ίδια ήταν αυτή που αναγραφόταν στην κράτησή μου. Έφυγα χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθώ και χωρίς κανείς να μου ζητήσει συγγνώμη.

I PREPAID for a specific employee to do my nails, and I was assigned to another one because I wasn't a customer. The nail polish from the pedicure was ruined after two days. Inside way hotter than outside, the airco didn't work properly. Totally overpriced services.
